TrackTime Pro Account Deletion Policy

TrackTime Pro users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

To request account deletion:

Account Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your registered email address

• Your organisation/business name

• Confirmation that you want your account deleted

What will be deleted:

• User account information

• Profile information

• Organisation membership records

• Project assignments

• Timesheet records associated with the account

• Internal messaging/comments associated with the account where permitted

What may be retained:

Certain billing, invoice, taxation, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance records may be retained where required by applicable laws or regulatory obligations.

Deletion timeframe:

Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.

If you have an active subscription, cancellation should occur before requesting account deletion.
